Jay is a true Brit and was born in West Sussex. He is multi talented and creative and not only sings and dances but also composes and acts. Several of US5's hits in Europe have been penned or co-written by Jay.
He started his music career by knocking on the door of one of the most successful production companies in Europe, Triple M Music resulting in a successful seven year relationship (which continues until today), with Jay in the studio constantly recording and writing songs.

Jay is the ultimate professional. He is a perfectionist and gives 100% to all the projects he is involved with, concerntrating now on US 5 and their success in Europe and the UK. As well as being a driving creative force, Jay loves tennis and is rumoured to have won some big tournaments in his time and he also has a huge sense of fun and is a great practical joker.

The UK is important to Jay and he really wants the band to make it in his home country as he loves returning here and is a fan of the English sense of humour, as well as diversity of the UK music scene.

Jay has also enjoyed introducing Chris, Michael, Richie and Izzy to the British way of life. Jay has two younger sisters, the twins Kamran and Yasmin. They are very proud of their big brother and US5.
